Within this project we are constructing a luxury hotel EARTH Shore, which is one of a kind among sustainable and ecological hotels. This project provides investors with a unique investment opportunity with above average returns, as well the an option to become an apartman owner. We offer investments in individual apartments or convertible bonds.

The EARTH Shore Hotel is a unique concept of an eco-friendly hotel with sustainable practices that conserve natural resources and reduce environmental impact, without lacking modern trends. The hotel implements an operation completely free of single-use plastics, using built-in solar panels, atmospheric water generators and much more. Tech enthusiasts will appreciate the specially developed ECOBEAT app to track their carbon footprint.

The only Czech owned land
on Al Marjan

Al Marjan, one of the most sought after destinations in the UAE, consists of a group of 4 coral atolls in an artificial archipelago. It extends approximately 4.5 km into the Persian Gulf and covers an area of 2 700 000 m2. Our EARTH Shore hotel complex is located in the heart of Al Marjan, on the shore of the so-called View Island. PRESTON Capital is the only Czech company to own a 9,537 m2 plot of land here.

The very first casino in the Emirates

Hotel and casino operator Wynn Resorts will open a casino at a luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The casino marks a watershed moment for the Gulf region, which has traditionally applied stricter Islamic rules than other parts of the Middle East.
