Investment property on Al Marjan
Our company PRESTON Capital has brought the Sun Beach Resort project to the market. Within this project we are constructing hotel complex on the island of Al Marjan, in the most attractive tourist emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. This is a prestigious location, which is currently home to hotels of chains such as Rixos and Hilton.
We offer investors a unique opportunity to be part of this project. You can invest in convertible bonds with an annual yield of 9% and apartments with a fixed yield of 6% p.a. on the purchase price.
The contractually guaranteed return on investment in the apartment is 6 % of the purchase price. The owner has the advantage of being able to rent it free of charge for up to two weeks a year for personal purposes, such as family vacations. Ownership of the apartment is also linked to the right to obtain residency in the United Arab Emirates.
PRESTON Capital underwrites the bonds through its subsidiary in the maximum amount of CZK 500 million. The bonds have a guaranteed interest rate 9 % p. a.
The Sun Beach Resort project is financed from our own resources from the pre-sales of hotel units and partly from bonds. If necessary, we also have a bank loan available.
PRESTON Capital has exclusive representation for the distribution of financial products related to project financing. It is also the exclusive seller of hotel apartments to end clients in Central Europe.
We offer investors paid trip to Dubai, where they can visit the hotel construction site directly. They can also have a look at the project documentation, meet the architect and representatives of the hotel operator EARTH Hotels.
